Put your menu on a QR code and on WhatsApp. Orders from the queue, from phones and from the chat all land on the same live order board, and customers get a WhatsApp message when their food is ready.
A QR code on your stall opens your menu on the customer's phone, so the queue can order while it waits.
Orders on WhatsApp
Regulars can order on WhatsApp before they arrive, and pay cash or online.
One live order board
Every order appears on the board the moment it is placed, from every channel. No refreshing, and no separate list per channel.
"Your order is ready"
Mark an order ready and a customer who left a WhatsApp number gets a message — no shouting names over the queue.
Running late? Say so
Press "Running late" on an order and the customer gets a WhatsApp message, instead of wondering where their food is.
A tablet at the counter
Walk-up customers can order on a shared tablet at your counter and pay cash. Any tablet with a browser will do.
The live order board
Every new order, from QR, tablet or WhatsApp, in one place — with what to make next.
Questions
Can customers order before they get to the stall?
Yes — on WhatsApp, or through your store link and QR code wherever you share them (a poster, your social media). The order goes straight onto your live board.
How do customers know their order is ready?
If they leave a WhatsApp number, they get a message when you accept the order and again when you mark it ready.
What happens when something runs out?
Mark it unavailable in the dashboard and it disappears from your QR menu, the tablet and WhatsApp at once.
What does it cost?
The Free plan costs R0 and includes 50 orders a month for your first 3 months. Pro is R49 a month (VAT inclusive) for 1,000 orders a month. On either plan, more orders are R10 per 100.
